When you are about to start a diet, do you ever feel like you have a few days left to eat everything you can cram in…all the bad stuff that you know you don’t really need? What’s one or two more pounds to lose right?
Our church is having a Bible study that starts this fall called First Place. I am excited about my friend Stephanie leading the class and even better she is a dietitian so she knows what she’s talking about! http://www.firstplace4health.org/
Since I know it is starting soon, I feel like I am on my last stretch of being able eat badly…although I know that is such a bad idea! I did eat the last of “Bryan’s” cookies I made for “him”, so there is one temptation out of the way!
Please remember Bryan’s mom, Pat, in your prayers. She has been admitted to the hospital with her upper right lung collapsed and chest pains. Bryan is on his way there now. We will know more later.
