What did we do before our children…

Aren’t our little ones such a joy? Mine crack me up! Sometimes they drive me bananas…but most of the time they make my heart smile! Ellie is so crazy when it comes to dressing up. She puts on the craziest combination of things. Oh to be three again and not care what anyone thinks! Here she is dressed as an “Ice Cream Worker”. Hence the hat, goggles and oven mitt…

Ethan…boy does this kid love to eat! Last night was his first attempt at corn still on the cob. He didn’t quite get it…though he did make a valiant effort. He tried to pick off each corn kernel individually, then just gave up. He did think it was fun to play with though.

Yesterday was also the first meeting of our new book study at church. We are reading “Professionalizing Motherhood”. It was so nice to have time to yourself with other adults. We laughed, cried and got to know each other in our first hour together. I can’t wait to see how God is going to work in our lives as wives and mothers. I know He has great things planned for us because He tells us so!

Jeremiah 29:11
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

Until next time,
