Upcoming Heart At Home Conferences

October 3-4, 2008 Grand Rapids, Michigan
November 7-8, 2008 Rochester, Minnesota
March 13-14, 2009 Bloomington, Illinois

Hearts at Home also offers Home Conference Packets for nursing moms who can’t attend a conference or for those who live too far away to attend an event. I think this is really neat for us nursing moms! 🙂

Don’t forget to post a comment and you’ll be entered into a drawing to win the book, The Mother Load by Mary Byers. Drawing on Friday! Be sure to include you name and your email (if you don’t know me) so I can contact you if you are the winner!

Topic of the day
How you keep your heart at home?
Until next time,
Jenifer

  1. Hey Jenifer, love the blog! It’s not really hard for me to keep my heart at home, because that’s where I love to be. But, I’ve found that it really helps me to keep my focus on my priority of home and family by reading and listening to Christian women who support those of us who are striving to be Titus 2 women, such as Nancy Leigh DeMoss, Elizabeth George, Debi Pearl, Martha Peace, and others.

  2. I agree with Lisa it’s not hard to keep my heart at home because it is what I have always wanted and God has given me the means to do it. When there are those days that I think that I need to do something else I am quick to remember that my family is the most precious gift that a woman can receive other than her salvation and I quickly turn it around and start thanking God that I have children to cry all the time and drive me insane some days and a husband who seems to have forgotten how to cook, clean or survive without me. Thank God for all of his blessings!!
