Weight Watchers Wednesday

Well, it’s Wednesday…that means I weighed in this morning.  Let me just say that every time I have gone on a diet, the first week I always have a great weight loss.  Like 6 or 7 pounds kind of great….

Yeah, well not this week…maybe it was our big girls’ night out last night.  Maybe I shouldn’t have saved up my points and used them on the night before a weigh in…you think?

Anyway…here’s the lowdown…

Starting weight: 201.5
Current weight: 200
Weight loss this week: 1.5 pounds
Ultimate weight goal: 160
First weight loss goal: 20 pounds by October 6th
It’s not much but I”LL TAKE IT!!!!
