Well, it’s Thursday…that means I weighed yesterday morning. Lest you think that I weighed late or not at all, let me reassure you that I did actually weigh on Wednesday. Did I want to? NO! I went out for a fabulous, rich, calorie laden dinner on Tuesday night so I was not looking forward to seeing that number bright and early Wednesday morning.
But I did it anyway, determined to “man up” and get it over with….
Convinced I had probably even gained weight this past week, I stepped on the scale and here’s how the numbers stacked up:
